Our Warranty

2 YEAR WARRANTY:

Prime Instruments Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and / or workmanship under normal use and service for two years from the date of purchase. Prime Instruments responsibilities under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our option. In order to qualify for this warranty, the alleged defective product must be returned to Prime Instruments Inc., postage or freight pre-paid.

Final determination of defects will be made by Prime Instruments in accordance with procedured established at the factory.
